Subject: A Show of great Histeric Import.
Was at this show. As usual with Hampton, it rained. A LOT. EVERYONE was cooped up in their cars all day watching the raindrops run down the windshield. Have had a copy since the day of the show, but never one as good as this.

Some items of note are that the ALTHEA is the cause for the "practice makes perfect quip". I don't know WHAT happened there. I have never heard a louder crowd response to anything at any show ever than to Box of Rain breakout. Estimated is one of the all-time greatest ham jobs. The sound on the drums and space is really amazing and this could actually be the highlight of the show. Brent stays out with the drums for some tasty jamming. Pretty unusual.

I'm giving a 4 for its histeric value & b/c I am just another picky Deadhead, which if you knew them boys only makes sense.

Subject: Joe does it again!!!
Once again, Joe's copy is currently the best available source for this source. I don't like this show as well as the other two nights from the run but it does have the first breakout Box Of Rain since '73. Don't get me wrong, this show does have other redeeming qualities and is worth the dl.
